The problem is they couldn't give me a day that it would be looked at. I think they need to hire more help - auto mechanics seem to be a rarity nowadays. Unfortunately, these car manufacturers are apparently not looking at the trend that the younger generation is not doing and probably will never do, any type of "hands dirty" work. They need to develop some sort of robot technology or create virtually repair free autos or this situation is going to get worse. More

I've explained how I've been to numerous other dealers and was never approached or had to wait literally 20 mins for someone just to ask if i needed help. Bob approached me within 2 mins. I explained what i was looking for and even though Browns didn't have the car i wanted on the lot he sat with me and searched within a 100 miles until we found my truck. Everything was effortless and i was actually happy for once buying a new vehicle. No hassle, no BS. I told him what I was looking for with payments and he went above and beyond to make sure it was what i was comfortable with. I went in to do paperwork when the truck came in, and Bob explained everything that i had questions with. For the first time i left a dealership feeling that i wasn't robbed of my trade in and that i got the best price for my truck.
