Richard Bauman always represented the dealership in a way everyone wants to experience. Always performing professionally at all times. We were down two vehicles. When I explained our situation to Rick he stated there were no loaners available and will see what he could do. Meanwhile I had look around for a rental and as you all know this is costly. Within a half hour Rick phoned back and said the part we needed came in and he will push our 2015 Dodge Ram Van vehicle ahead of the line for service and repairs. Rick kept his word and we had our vehicle back within a few short hours. Thank you Rick! With great appreciation from all of us at Lemma Electric Corp. More

Brand new 2017 Durango that I leased has more problems than anything. Now the radio doesn't work it keeps sticking and getting stuck on one station. They order a new one and didn't tell me when it came in. I had to call and set up appointment. They put the new radio in and the navigation doesn't work at all. Call and was told it could take up to 1/2 hour to have navigation set up. Waited almost 1 hour and headed back to service. The service team looked at it and was unable to fix. Now the navigation button is off and you can't even click on navigation. They don't know what to do and now I'm inconvenienced again. I need navigation for my job and now I don't have it. I have to call in the morning and see what they can do fro me. I am beyond upset with this dealership and how they put me the customer out once again with no compensation. Remember the radio didn't work, now the navigation doesn't work. So I will call General manager Gary Burke in the morning and see what he is going to do for me. I wish I could just give back he car. I'm so done with Dodges and Browns dealership. More

I also could not find a '15 Grand Cherokee in a color that I liked, but Mel found me one in a blue that I am driving today. He had to do a lot of work on this deal, but in the end he got me a really great one. More

She was super helpful with showing me all my options and figuring out the perfect mileage & payment for me ! She did not make me feel pressured or rushed. The sales manager Mel & Rob Riker also spoke with me about my options and everyone was so friendly ! When it came down to finance Vince & Rich helped with my paperwork and made everything so easy and calm. Not the typical scary finance office, this was relaxed and FUN ! :) I highly recommend Browns. If you are getting a new vehicle most definitely come in and see Belce !! More

Steve then grabbed the keys to over a dozen vehicles and walked me through each one inside and out. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and was really committed to getting me into a vehicle I was happy with. After we checked out some options and I had narrowed it down to one or two, Steve went to check if there were any used inventory that just cane in and wouldn't be in the computer yet. Sure enough he found a 2014 Ford Focus with under 30k miles on it that I couldn't have been happier with. Steve went out of his way to have me spend less money, even at the expense of his own commission. I would highly recommend giving Brown's pre owned a look and would definitely recommend having Steve help you out. More

Go down to them after getting this text message, and ask for a manager. What a joke, manager will not speak to me, has a sales rep talk to me. Sales rep has no idea about my truck or why it won't pass. Tells me that they will help me get into another vehicle. Then goes to tell me that they have sold stolen vehicles in the past, so things like not passing inspection are common. Refund my deposit. I Call back next day to find out about another vehicle, they tell me they will call me back after looking at it. It's been two weeks. Management and staff are horrible. I do not recommend buying from them. Victor my sales rep was very nice, nothing against him. As of Management couldn't get a name, either way horrible customer service. More
2013 Ram 1500 waterpump I brought my Ram 1500 in to browns because the water pump was leaking. After they tried charging me 800 dollars to fix the truck I told them is should I brought my Ram 1500 in to browns because the water pump was leaking. After they tried charging me 800 dollars to fix the truck I told them is should be covered under warranty which it was. I was told by my night advisor Chris that the part was not in stock but the truck should be fixed and returned within 7 days time. The truck was at the dealership for 33 days. They gave me excuse after excuse about the part being on back order. No loaner car was offered or even available. I called the corporate office to try and help expedite the part delivery to the dealership. This was a complete waste of time because they did absolutely nothing to help,neither did the service manger. I asked about what the dealership or Ram corporate was going to do for me to make up for this huge inconvenience. The answer in the end was absolutely nothing. Finally after 30 days at the dealership I called the parts department to find out what was going on, a person behind the counter named Glen answered the phone and in a matter of 20 mins he called me back and said he was going to get me the part I needed, from another dealership. The best part was the when Chris my advisor tried taken credit for the part delivery. The truck was finally returned after 33 days filthy dirty and reaking like antifreeze. The radiator cap was lose and the transmission dip stick was stick out 6 inches from its correct position. This dealership is not built on trust and integrity, but rather lies and and a lack of appreciation for its customers. Not only will I never return to browns for anything at all, I would advise any person looking to buy a car or have one serviced that browns is not the place to bring their business. The experience was so bad I will probably never buy a Ram or Chrysler product again. More
