The tale of two dealerships! My wife went to another dealership looking to trade her Cherokee in for a new one. The first dealership not only had salespeople who knew nothing abou My wife went to another dealership looking to trade her Cherokee in for a new one. The first dealership not only had salespeople who knew nothing about the vehicle but they also kept our key and had to be asked several times for its return. My wife suggested Browns and good lord what a difference. Our salesman Steve Warshauet not only knew the jeep inside and out, but could not do enough for us. He worked with Mel and came up with deal we could live with. When it came time for delivery Steve once again spent plenty of time going over the new vehicle. He went above and beyond our expectations and will not be forgotten. We have no doubt that we will return to Browns because of these individuals. More
