2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee After purchasing our first Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in 2014, my fiancé and I decided to go back to Brown's to hopefully become repeat After purchasing our first Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in 2014, my fiancé and I decided to go back to Brown's to hopefully become repeat customers. Once in the showroom, we were greeted by warm, friendly faces (figuratively and literally because there was a snowstorm that day!) The first associate we talked to was great. He treated us with a lot of respect, and was super nice to us and VERY helpful. They wanted to give us everything we wanted in a new truck, and then some- which they did! There were a few hiccups along the way, but the associates made sure to ease our worries by doing WHATEVER they needed to do to get us into a new truck. Eventually, we saw a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and worked out all the details. Mike in financing ended off the night with us, and really rounded out our experience with how kind and welcoming he was.
