I was supposed to get $1,000 off if I used their bank for financing. I did, but I didn't get the money. When I called the dealership, they told me that I got the discount, but it cost them $1,000 to adjust t financing. I did, but I didn't get the money. When I called the dealership, they told me that I got the discount, but it cost them $1,000 to adjust the tires. So they charged me for that. I also asked several time if we would be done at 5pm. They kept telling "of course." Then at 4:55pm, I reasked again, and was told "they are pulling up your car right now." I eventually got the car at 8pm. As a result, I lost $1,000 in tickets for a show which I had in my pocket and screwed over 6 of my friends. I could have made it on time if they simply didn't lie to me in order to sell a car. After getting the car, I noticed that the speedometer was off. Since I already bought it, they told me that they won't do anything to fix it. I wish I could explain how terrible of an experience this was. It ruined my day, I lost money, and ruined several relationships with friends. The whole time, three *sshole at the dealership (Jim, Tom and Bill) couldn't care less, no matter how much I begged them to hurry after it became obvious that they lied to me. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. EVER!!!!! More
I had my transmission serviced @ the last oil change . I had my transmission serviced @ the last oil change . From that point on the transmission started acting up , in all levels of operation . I gav I had my transmission serviced @ the last oil change . From that point on the transmission started acting up , in all levels of operation . I gave Stephen a detailed list of the problems . I also had my oil changed @ this time . They road tested the Jeep Liberty and found the problems I was having was covered by a service bulletin on this year vehicle . They replaced a computer module and tweaked things . As of today 12-3-10 I have found the repair to be close to a total change in how the transmission shifts . I do hope it remains this way . Your service Dept. is doing good for your company . When new car sales are down , a good service dept. keeps customers coming back. More
The price on my Charger was beter than any other local dealer I am in zip 11780 and Browns was better than Smithaven. Their Service is always crisp, prompt and pleasant. Their Sales and Finance groups are dealer I am in zip 11780 and Browns was better than Smithaven. Their Service is always crisp, prompt and pleasant. Their Sales and Finance groups are very easy to deal with and never pushy - the sell you what you need and don't push extras if you are not interested. I have recommended others to Brown's and 4 out of 4 bought cars. My 2011 T&C will be my 3rd purchase. More
Well to be quite honest ...I believe that I was overcharged for a relay switch for the fan on my 2000 jeep cherokee . But I was told that the part and labor was to cost me 350$ with the dygnostics included in that 350$ , but when i get there that price is 498$ I didn't flip out there because that wouldn't be the proper thing to do .I just paid the outrageous fee and walk away . somone please help me with this situation .
