Never called me back. I had to keep calling to see if my loan was approved. Also if they called the bank for payoff on my other car. It took a week to make a deal that never went through. A stress free new car purchase. Is that really possible? I didnt think so until this week. We were in the market for a new minivan to replace our aging Saturn Relay. I had done my homework and reseached I didnt think so until this week. We were in the market for a new minivan to replace our aging Saturn Relay. I had done my homework and reseached everthing online eventually coming to the conclusion that a Town and Country minivan would be the best choice for our family. I was undecided on a color, but knew exactly which options I wanted, and felt I educated myself well enough on the vehicle to make contact with a dealership. I chose Browns as a starting point because of its proximity to my house, and positive experiences that my parents and sister had there. This was to be my first Chrysler product. I loggen onto Browns website and browsed their inventory. The website was easy to navigate and even showed the vehiles window stickers. I found a van that was optioned exactly how I wanted and clicked "recieve ePrice". In a very short period of time, I recieved an email from Jeff DePinto who is one of their internet reps. He quoted an almost too good to be true price. I was skeptical to say the least, but I figured I would listen to what he had to say and emailed him back with instructions to give me a call. He did, almost immediately. He very clearly explained how he came to the price that was quoted, rebates that applied and discounts that were given. I thought the price was more than fair so I took a quick ride to the dealer. Upon arriving at Browns, I met Jeff who introduced me to salesman Sal Distefano. I liked Sal right from the start, and I usually dispise car salesman, he was friendly and didnt play any games. I told him which options I had to have and asked to see a few different colors. He quickly came back with several sets of keys and we ventured off into the vast parking lot. After deciding on a color and a quick test drive, we went back into the showroom. I was waiting for the typical back and forth between salesman and manager. It never happened. Maybe we sat at his desk for 15 minutes while he typed up the purchase order. No games. No drama. Done Deal. It is common for me to purchase 2 or 3 cars a year, so I am no stranger to the process, it's usually the Finance guy that blows the deal for the dealership. Not this time. I told Sal what interest rate I was quoted at the local credit union and he sat me down with Finance guy Rich (I forget his last name). He was a nice guy, didnt try to sell me anything in an overly pushy fashion, he explained what they offered, I told him what I wanted. No games. No drama. Done Deal. I would recomend this dealer, ask for Sal, I hope my next car purchase is as smooth as this one was. Thank you Sal, Jeff, and Rich. More
We had an unusual circumstance in needing to replace a 2012 Town and Country minivan that was less that than 4 months old. When we had problems getting a fair replacement payout from our insurance company 2012 Town and Country minivan that was less that than 4 months old. When we had problems getting a fair replacement payout from our insurance company, Sal made the extra effort of dealing directly with an adjuster and getting us a fair payout as well as giving us an extremely good price on the replacement van. He also was very gracious in holding a potential van while we waited for the insurance issues to be resolved. We were very pleased with Sal and Brown's and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. More

We had bought an '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we had nothing but problems with. We were very frustrated dealing with the Service Department who were quite un-helpful and un-concerned with the fact that nothing but problems with. We were very frustrated dealing with the Service Department who were quite un-helpful and un-concerned with the fact that our 17 year old son would be driving this problem ridden vehicle. We debated selling the vehicle outright (we had only purchased it 7 months prior) until we scheduled a meeting to speak with the owner Gary Brown. Mr. Brown met with us, asked appropriate questions, took notes, and then took immediate action. We were turned over to salesman Gerry Muriello who took all the time we needed and showed us numerous vehicles in our price range. He took the time to answer our questions and was available every time we called with a question or concern. He gave us several of his business cards with instructions to call him directly if we encountered any problems with the vehicle what so ever. We wound up trading in the '04 for a 2011 Jeep Compass that Mr. Brown reduced the price on so that it was practically an even trade. Had we only dealt with the Service Department we would never have returned to or recommended this dealership to a single soul. Thanks to Mr. Brown and his concern and immediate action we feel much better knowing our son is driving a safer and less problem ridden vehicle. More
We visited this dealership with the idea of purchasing a new FIAT 500. While looking around in the showroom, Roberta Panos greeted us and then let us continue looking. After a few minutes I began asking questions and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable, without trying to push us into a purchase. We went for a test-drive and when we arrived back at the showroom I said I had to make a few decisions about which model to purchase and we left. I spoke to her on the phone to inquire about available cars and she quickly called back. A couple of days later we returned to see Roberta to purchase a car. When we arrived, the preparation of the car was a little behind schedule, but while we waited Roberta never forgot we were there, even while dealing with other customers. Overall, this was easily the best new-car buying experience we've ever had and will recommend the dealership and Roberta Panos. Thanks -- Joe & Randa More
I came to Browns Jeep because I was interested in purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. I made it quite clear what options I was looking for and what my budget was. Not only was I showed cars way beyond m purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. I made it quite clear what options I was looking for and what my budget was. Not only was I showed cars way beyond my price range, I was constantly asked to reconsider the liberty (which I had informed the salesman about 5 times that I was not interested in the liberty). I felt like they were pushy and only out to make a quick buck. The salesman continued to call me every day for about a week which is beyond annoying. I had already told him I was not interested when I had left that day but to continue to call me every day is borderline harassment. I went to another Jeep dealership who was MUCH better and actually LISTENED when I told them what I was looking for. Today I picked up my brand new 2012 Grand Cherokee from them with ALL of the options I was looking for. This dealership is a scam and tries to rip people off More
