My overall experience was good at Browns Jeep dealership. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The salesman Rich Liquori showed me a variety of used Jeeps I was intersted in and was very helpful The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Rich and his manager worked with me to find a price we both could agree upon. Despite spending a little more than I wanted for the car, I feel it was a fair price as both sides gave in a little to get a deal done. Delivery of the vehicle was a smooth and speedy affair, everything was ready for me when I picked the car up. They also did a good job of explaining the extended warranties and helped me choose one that fit my needs. I would recommend Browns Jeep to others and would most likely do business with them again in the future. The only unknown for me is the service department as I have not brought my car in for service yet. More
