Yes, Browns matched a competitors price, but it was our conversations and dealings with James that made choosing Brown's a no brainer. My wife and I both felt extremely comfortable discussing all aspects of our lease with James and he conveyed a feeling of honesty and integrity. To top off our experience, James was in constant contact with us during Hurricane Sandy, and as we could not pick up our car on the original date due to the storm, James did everything he could to get us our car as quickly as possible considering the extraordinary circumstances.
