Yes, Browns matched a competitors price, but it was our conversations and dealings with James that made choosing Brown's a no brainer. My wife and I both felt extremely comfortable discussing all aspects of our lease with James and he conveyed a feeling of honesty and integrity. To top off our experience, James was in constant contact with us during Hurricane Sandy, and as we could not pick up our car on the original date due to the storm, James did everything he could to get us our car as quickly as possible considering the extraordinary circumstances. My wife and I both agree that in another year or two when we need to replace our other car we will be looking to deal with James again and we hope to find him still with Brown's. More

I informed the gentlemen that I had been in Manhattan over the past year managing my husband's brain cancer through Sloan Memorial Kettering, and that was the original reason for the purchase...a safe, comfortable vehicle for travel to the city. They immediately offered prayers, best wishes and encouragement to remain positive. I was so appreciative of their quality and speed of work, but most importantly, that they didn't treat me like a customer. They made me feel like an important part of the Brown's family.
