Service Terrible service. My truck was recently inspected and my power steering fluid reservoir was empty. Which it was never checked during the inspection. I Terrible service. I called the dealer to speak with the service manager to help resolve this issue, and he pretty much told me there is nothing he could do. He advised he couldn’t determine if it was a miss on their end or a leak. Instead of trying to resolve the issue he was not trying to take any responsibility to help resolve my issue. I bought my truck here and expected much better service. I will never go back here again. such a disappointment and horrible customer service skills. The receptionist on the phone gave me an attitude when I tried to reach him and I was sitting on hold multiple times to be told he wasnt available. Leaving the dealer after my inspection I couldn’t exit because a deliver truck was blocking the exit. His response to this was “it’s a deliver, it happens” My husband then went to buy the fluid and the parts associate almost gave him the wrong fluid. Luckily he has knowledge of cars and asked the associate if this was correct for my make and model and then they checked on the computer and found it was incorrect. More

Instead of pushing me into what they need to get rid of Steve really took my needs and wants into consideration. This will sound like a cliche but both Steve and Mel made the entire process a pleasurable experience. Their sales practices are straight forward and transparent. Deal with confidence, if they give you a price you can rest assured there will be no surprises when reach Richard Ruhs in the finance department. There will be offers of extended warranties and protection plans but they will not be forced upon you. Without doubt I have zero negative things to say of Browns of patchogue not the staff there in. 8 cars spanning 20 years and never disappointed with Browns! 6 Jeeps, 1 Dodge, 1 Chrysler and absolutely no plans of changing dealerships any time soon. Despite the fact that our favorite salesman moved on Kyle 6 Jeeps, 1 Dodge, 1 Chrysler and absolutely no plans of changing dealerships any time soon. Despite the fact that our favorite salesman moved on Kyle Benson from internet sales quickly made arrangements to set us up with another salesman Justin Baranello who was just as pleasant to deal with as our longtime salesman Chris Lein. We quickly became acquainted with Justin. We went in with a few VIN numbers and Justin showed us all of the cars, explained the differences, took us for a test drive, and gave us the price we were looking for - simple as that we were on our way and had an appointment for the next day. As usual no hassle and felt completely at home with our salesman and the finance person Tom when we came in to pick up our vehicle the next day. Everything from insurance to the vehicle itself were taken care of, and we were out of there with our car in under 45 minutes. Perfect experience at Browns from beginning to end no complaints.
