He went over our car and explained about financing, an extended warranty and answered any questions we had. Well, we had many, as all new buyers have! Mike was such a friendly and professional person. How Jim and Mike could be so helpful and such nice people is amazing. The next day we picked up our new car from Jim. We sat in our car and he showed us how all the special equipment worked and again, answered any questions. What a pleasure to have him as our salesman!
