I was lucky because I got Jim Rodgers on the phone, he listened for the exact options I wanted, then called me back available I called Brown's Dodge. After a nice visit and a deposit he went and got both trucks on his time. He had the paperwork ready and trucks detailed and looking perfect. Rich Roberts was great no issues, the finance guy who I dealt with there mis in formed me of the manufacturers warranty in an effort to sale me an aftermarket extended warranty.
