I wanted to tell other customers just how happy we are with the Chrysler 300 we purchased from Browns. Jim Rogers was our salesman. Mike Pellegrino, the Sales Manager, sat down the next day when we came in (as Jim was out on the road picking up another dealer's car). He went over our car and explained about financing, an extended warranty and answered any questions we had. Well, we had many, as all new buyers have! Mike was such a friendly and professional person. How Jim and Mike could be so helpful and such nice people is amazing. The next day we picked up our new car from Jim. We sat in our car and he showed us how all the special equipment worked and again, answered any questions. What a pleasure to have him as our salesman! We have had many new cars over the years, but I must say, I never had such a pleasureable experience as at Brown's dealership.
