My buying experience was totally painless and that is coming from a person that is not easily pleased. The entire process from setting up an appointment to picking up my new Jeep was a pleasurable experi coming from a person that is not easily pleased. I have not had my vehicle long enough to make a judgement but I would highly recommend Browns, mostly because of Mr. Reilly. More

We wanted to say that Jermal and Chris were great. Not only were they very friendly with us but they knew the vehicles very well. My experience with Brown's dealership has exceeded my expectations. I walked in knowing what I wanted and got exactlly that with a price better than I had expected, thanks to Kevin Diaz. Kevin was patient with all my questions, very personable and friendly. He knew exactly what he was talking about which made my purchase a confident one. Kevin made sure I was comfortable with the truck and all of its features and even demonstrated them all before I left the dealership. He offered to come in on his day off to meet my schedule needs. Very impressive ... I have and will continue to reccommend him to anyone I can in the future. My wife and I purchased a new Grand Caravan from Browns My wife and I purchased a new Grand Caravan from Browns Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat in Patchogue NY. Not knowing much about Minivans, since we h My wife and I purchased a new Grand Caravan from Browns Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat in Patchogue NY. Not knowing much about Minivans, since we had never owned one, we had many questions. We entered the Showroom which was neat and clean with many SUV's and Cars on display. We were greeted by a nice young lady who contacted a Sales Representative for us. Sal DiStefano promptly introduced himself and was eager to help us. We asked all about the Minivan and he answered all our questions. He brought the Model we were interested in out from the lot and off we went for a test drive. He explained how "economy" mode saved gas and familiarized us with the controls and how to use them. His vast knowledge of these vehicles made our purchase an easy one. When we returned to the Dealership after the test drive, Sal printed out a $750 additional trade in allowance voucher for us. He also searched and found 2 more incentives we qualified for, saving us a total of $2000! We were delighted to hear that! Reaching a fair price for our trade in was simple and reaching a final price was even easier. We were not pressured at all. Tom Reilly, finance manager, explained to us various warranty extentions available and that remote start and alarm was available. Tom took care of the DMV by switching the plates from the old vehicle to the new and had everything taken care of with the payment etc. The next day our new Minivan was delivered "on time", "spotless" and "gassed up". We were very pleased. In closing, I would recommend car shoppers to add Browns Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat to their list and ask for Sal DiStefano. I came into this dealership on Saturday 2/2 with the intentions of just looking at a Jeep Cherokee, but was still considering a few other vehicles from other dealerships. We met with Eric Nicola and he intentions of just looking at a Jeep Cherokee, but was still considering a few other vehicles from other dealerships. We met with Eric Nicola and he was extremely helpful, knowledgable with every aspect of Jeep, making us feel extremely comfortable because we felt no pressure whatsoever. When we couldn't agree on a price he brought Mike Pellegrino over and after sitting and discussing the deal with the two of them, we decided to purchase this vehicle. Everything went very smoothly, which is not the usual story you hear from people when purchasing a car. I hope the service we receive from this dealership continues to be as positive as the experience we received with Eric. More
