My salesman Mel Blanco was very professional and easy to deal with. My biggest complaint with the process is the time it takes to have your credit checked and approved. After calculating the credit rating the monthly payment came out higher than the quote but Mel helped me straighten that out. I have dealt with Browns dealership for many years and have had no problem with the service I have received in the past. Introduced some rebates available,went through the numbers, told him where I wanted to be and he made it happen with his finance team. In a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.He asked when I would want to pick up the veichle I told him ASAP he handled the paper work and we picked up our new veichle the next day.Met with the finance guy great atmosphere no tension he went through all the warranty's and again no pressure very friendly. In all after purchasing over 50 veichles in my time This was my Best and easiest experience actually enjoyed it. More
