They are always finished with my vehicle in a reasonable time and if they cannot get it done in a certain amount of time, they ask if I would like a loaner. I would still like to say that the available resources to customers on what they can reasonably expect from their trade need to be addressed as the trade value I accepted was only in the 'range' of the Black Book estimate and much lower than I think it should have been (of course as a biased customer). This in no way reflects on the sales staff that helped me on my purchase process--just the trade in process writ large. More
