Crystal told me that my 2023 kia forte was totaled and should go to her affiliated body shop. When I took the car to my own body shop, they charged me $3,000 for damages/service. I do not see that dealers More

Thank you so much for the feedback, we are sorry for the miss understanding. I was told the car was dropped off for a tire because your daughter in a pot hole . When we put it on our lift and started to look the car over we notice that it was a lot more then just a tire .We did not even charge you for looking at the car and we recommended taking it to a body shop. It looks like that is what you did , again we did not even charge you for my mechanics time to check it out. we do not do any body work here at this dealership , so that is way she recommended the body shop. I am so happy you got the car fixed at a body shop as we suggested. Any questions please give me a call. Thanks again !!
