Went in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I moved to the poconos so I decided to wait for my car to be done. Edward was wonderful! Arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time and he took me right in. Went in to the waiting room, had a cup of coffee and watched TV. Before I knew it, Edward was letting me know my car was done and that they would be washing it and he would come and get me when finished. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend bringing your car here! More
Extremely disappointed in the service department at this Brown-Daub Kia of Easton, and Kia in general. Brought in for warranty work which did not correct the problem and after the second follow up visit, my Brown-Daub Kia of Easton, and Kia in general. Brought in for warranty work which did not correct the problem and after the second follow up visit, my car engine was taken apart without any form of authorization from me (verbal, written, or otherwise). Now I'm told that that not only do I need a replacement engine due to a known defect in this engine, by my only alternative to replacing the engine is to pay the dealership about $1,500 just to put it back together the way it was. At this point my car is basically being held hostage, and no one will give me an answer about whether Kia will cover the engine replacement. I can't even get the dealership to send me written invoices for my options despite multiple requests from different service advisors. All of this is while having to pay for a rental out of my own pocket. Almost three weeks of daily calls to either Kia consumer affairs and the dealership and many many missed deadlines, and I'm still stuck without my vehicle. Highly recommend people find another dealership or, better yet, avoid Kia all together. More
