Busy Bees, extremely nice, professional, patient, understanding, courteous, supreme customer service, excellent music, fun atmosphere, great offers and deals and beyond my customer service expectatio understanding, courteous, supreme customer service, excellent music, fun atmosphere, great offers and deals and beyond my customer service expectations. I knew they had just moved so I expected some complications with the building and the lot. Come to see they were more then prepared to deal with that and their customers. They made us feel welcomed and constantly asked if we needed something even I wasn’t their customer. I am a customer service manager and I wish they were working for me. They excepted my trade, helped me find a great car, and worked very hard to get me financing. I left with the feelings of not that I had purchased a new car but that “wow they were something else”. Thank you for getting me into my new wheels and your great service. More
I had worked for a car delaership in the 80s, but had to check anyway to post. Traded a Chev Equinox. Purchased 2011 Sorento. No comparison. The Sorento drove rings around the Equinox in all aspects such as check anyway to post. Traded a Chev Equinox. Purchased 2011 Sorento. No comparison. The Sorento drove rings around the Equinox in all aspects such as styling, mileage, price for what you got & I got a great trade-in price. In the snow, the Equinox was AWD & I got stuck. FWD Sorento "plowed" through with no slipping nor sliding with the traction engaged. I added post assembly options & the cost, professional installation & timing it took to install was outstanding. My only problem is the lack of space in the rear cargo area. It could be larger even with the 2nd & 3rd rows folded. I also owned a Pontiac Aztec. Say what you will about they styling (some called it ugly, have you seen the Element, talk about ugly), but I had the cargo rolling platform installed & I could load 30 bags of mulch & close the hatch. I could also remove the 2nd row seats completely out. Talking about the rolling hatch platform (don't know if that's the proper name of it)that might be something that could be added as an option/accessory. One disengages the lock, slides the platform, load your groceries or whatever, disengage the open lock & slide it back in. This releaves bending into the cargo area & it idea for short or height challenged people. Also the complete removal of the 2nd row seats. I have 1 sister who purchased a Rondo & my other sister is starting to look for a replacement of her gas guzzeling Town & Country. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a Kia & Tom Ring's Brown-Daub Kia dealership for her purchase. Professionalism = Tom Ring's Brown-Daub Kia. Good luck with Aunt Bessie dealership. I'm sure that will be a success also. More
As I read over the other reviews on this page I wonder..."was I at the same place?"... I called first because I did not want to waste my time or anyone elses(let alone gas money that I cannot affor wonder..."was I at the same place?"... I called first because I did not want to waste my time or anyone elses(let alone gas money that I cannot afford).. I hear the commercials on the radio all the time about helping people with bad credit. "Fight for the People" so I figured this was the place to go since I needed a car and have poor credit. The women on the phone (very pleasant) assured me that I could be helped. "We deal with 40 different banks which sets us apart from other dealerships who deal with a handful"... I explain I have no money down (but with the advertised 10,000x more than kelly blue book for your trade regardless of year, make, mileage, condition), I can only afford a very low monthly payment and my credit is BAD... I am assured that I could be helped... I take the 40 MINUTE drive to Easton with paystubs, drivers license, proof of residency and my trade in. Well I waited longer for the receptionist to help me than I did for Ron to tell me I could not be helped unless I could come up with a $1500 downpayment. I have had other car loans in the past (with my bad credit) and never have I been in and out of a dealership so fast. He figured out my monthly income, had me sign for a credit report and in a minute was back to tell me NO. ???? Didn't even consider my trade in (which I always thought was a downpayment) and although I know a 559 credit score is bad... Didn't think it was that HORRIBLE... Spent the 40 minute drive home thinking WHAT JUST HAPPENED???? Terrible experience in all. More
I don't think I have ever written a negative review before but I think this time is deserving. I searched on line one evening and was contacted to make an appointment. We made a 9:15 A.M. appointment k before but I think this time is deserving. I searched on line one evening and was contacted to make an appointment. We made a 9:15 A.M. appointment knowing I had to leave by 1:00. Thinking this would be enough time to look at few cars and check out my options. Outside of my salesman taking personal phone calls we did find a car that I was interested in.My assumption was he was more worried about getting his car off the streets of Allentown then selling me a car. Then came Mike. We discussed my options and what I wanted. He suggested upgrading my car and we could work out a deal. I made both Mike and Juan aware of my time frame. It was taking some time and I suggested going home and changing for work and coming back. Mike adamantly said the check writers are here now. The time went on, it was now 1:15 and I was told another half an hour. I told them I have to go. So I agreed to come back the next day but was told they will be closing early, only to find out they ended up staying open late after all. When I got home there was a follow up call on my answering machine to see how my appointment went. On my way to work I returned her phone call and told her I did not buy a car but was still interested. I asked her to find out if Mike was willing to honor the same deal when I came back. She checked with him and it would be honored. So we made another appointment under those conditions. I made a follow up phone before leaving work to see if everything was still fine. I was told everything was in my folder and ready to go. Mind you I am making all the follow up phone calls. When I got to the dealership I am told the car is sold. I told Juan this is just what I did not want to happen. So now I am back to Mike. He tells me it is my fault because of the way I left and did not make a deposit. Two things, the way I left was something I was telling them for over an hour and secondly neither Mike or Juan asked for a deposit. So Mike was generous enough to tell me I could have the same deal if I upgraded again. That is now two upgrades. If they would have just said the first time we can't work out a deal or when they knew I was coming back that they were honest and said the car wasn't there. Honesty and integrity? More

The moment we walked in the dealership door my wife and I knew that this car shopping experience would be different. There was an immediate friendly and casual atmosphere and an accommodating receptionist wh knew that this car shopping experience would be different. There was an immediate friendly and casual atmosphere and an accommodating receptionist who offered us beverages, a comfortable place to sit, and introduced us to the salesman we would be working with; Frank S. Frank proved to be a non pushy representative of Brown-Daub Kia and basically escorted us to vehicles we were interested in and allowing us to drive any of those we wanted to try. He was informative answering any questions we had and it was as if I had known this particular salesman for years as a friend; it was that comfortable a situation. In the end my wife and I were extremely happy with the purchase we made of a Kia Optima and especially the salesman we were lucky to have had for that purchase. More
I had a wonderful experience with Don at Brown Daub Kia! Unlike other dealers gimmicks and push around, I explained what I wanted, he found the car, and i walked out in the same day with a brand new car! Th Unlike other dealers gimmicks and push around, I explained what I wanted, he found the car, and i walked out in the same day with a brand new car! They will do anything for the customer! I traded my previous car for a new manual transmission car, i didnt even know how to drive stick (the car was for my husband), who wanted standard shift, he wanted to sell me the car so bad he brought me home in it (a distance of 35 miles on way). I would def. recommend Brown Daub Kia, If you cant get a car here, you wont get one, Period. More
A friend of ours recommended Brown Daub Kia when looking for a new (used) car. He told us to ask for Eddie. We spent the day at Brown Daub eating home made cookies and drinking coffee. We could have stayed for a new (used) car. He told us to ask for Eddie. We spent the day at Brown Daub eating home made cookies and drinking coffee. We could have stayed all weekend! The staff cared for your every need. Eddie went out of his way to offer personal attention and help us find the perfect car for our needs, likes and budget. We were expecting to spend the day hopping from one dealership to the next in an endless search for the perfect car. If you plan on doing the same... go to Brown Daub Kia first. You'll never need to go further. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and incredibly helpful. Eddie was very honest and up front. He helped us find the perfect car within our budget and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or couldn't afford like we've found at other dealerships. I couldn't imagine a car buying experience more comfortable or simple. Eddie, along with is associate Scott, tended to our every concern and need. Scott also stuck with us every step of the way to make sure every question was answered and that we would not leave there unhappy. Eddie and Scott were both so wonderful and nice, I feel like we developed a friendship. Scott was so sweet and friendly, I wanted to adopt him into our family and have him come over for dinner! :) Thank you Eddie, Scott, and Brown Daub Kia. We couldn't be happier with our new car and can't imagine a better way to spend a Saturday. More
Horrible experience. Mike was rude, non professional, tried to push very hard. He was acting like he is "the king", everybody else are at least stupid. After "wasting our time" for 2 hours,we want to take a to push very hard. He was acting like he is "the king", everybody else are at least stupid. After "wasting our time" for 2 hours,we want to take a shower. Absolutely no honesty.Don't ever trust what they saying over the phone. It's not true. They just want you to get up there. Be careful with these guys-you can be ripped off. More
My overall experience with this dealership is great. The staff is professional, the atmosphere inviting, and staff accomodating. The only problem the dealership has is its pricing structure. This dealersh staff is professional, the atmosphere inviting, and staff accomodating. The only problem the dealership has is its pricing structure. This dealership inflates the sticker price up several thousand dollars to charge for their "regional marketing", what the website calls their FREE engine warranty (not FREE), and for lifetime oil changes only available at their facility. Should you not wish to pay or even be able to use these services they will be very reluctant to speak of subtracting them off of your customer invoice. Things should not be listed as free if they are in fact not free and customers should not be charged for a oil change package (which by the way costs more than getting the oil changes done elsewhere during the life of the vehicle) in which you will ot be using when the dealership is quite far from your house. If it were not for this treachery I would have voted their dealership as 5 stars all the way around. More
