Not satisfied with the service I not satisfied with the service in Luther Brookdale GMC dealership. My car outside temperature sensor is not working properly. When my car is parking I not satisfied with the service in Luther Brookdale GMC dealership. My car outside temperature sensor is not working properly. When my car is parking indoors, and the garage temperature is 70 and I start driving to work, and the outside temperature is 55, by the time I get to work which is about 30 minutes driving, the car gage still reading 70. I requested replacing the sensor in the winter, and the mechanic did reset the sensor. I requested replacing it again this service, and all what was done was checking that the temperature gage reading was matching the shop temperature. Sure the temperature would match after having the car inside for more than one hour. It seems that service crew does not want to listen to what the complaint was. That is not acceptable. More

Unprofessional sales staff A very unpleasant experience. I made an appointment with Shane to test drive a new Encore. Besides his noticeable irritation when I asked to look at a A very unpleasant experience. I made an appointment with Shane to test drive a new Encore. Besides his noticeable irritation when I asked to look at a couple of different vehicles, he repeatedly answered numerous cell phone calls and left me standing in the showroom while he took care of his phone in customers over me. To top it off, when he wasn't on the phone, he was bad mouthing his previous employer and relating how he got screwed by them! I rapidly left after neither he or the finance guy could explain how the numbers worked on a lease. I went straight to Lupient Buick where I bought an Encore that same day with a much better customer experience. I will never consider Brookdale again!! More

The two cars presented did not fulfill all of my needs, but were close. Once the sales manager was brought into the picture I decided that the pressure I was feeling from her was not worth me spending my money at this dealer. Typically I'm not easily offended, however the sale manger succeeded in doing just that! Plus the pressure to purchase an extended warranty was more then I needed to deal with. I found another car that fulfilled all my needs at another dealer and purchased it with no pressure or belittling comments. More
Nasty sales rep Pat Ristenberg should be canned. I brought in my Chevy S-10 only 2 years old mind you, for a trade on a smaller car. I looked at a few and then foun Pat Ristenberg should be canned. I brought in my Chevy S-10 only 2 years old mind you, for a trade on a smaller car. I looked at a few and then found a Hyundai that fit my budget. I popped the hood to look at the engine, and the battery was horribly corroded and the engine was filthy. I asked him how old was the battery and he said he didn't know because he didn't take the car in. I asked if he could find out and he said no. What?? I also asked how old the brakes were as they were squeaking whilst we were test driving. He seemed very annoyed at my question and again responded he didn't know because he didn't take the car in. I don't care if you took the car in, your selling it now, so you should have ALL the info. Then he came back from inside with a paper that stated "I will buy this car from Pat Ristenberg today if the price per month is $xxx." I'm thinking what the xxxx is this?? He was pressuring me to buy this car and buy it now. He became very agitated when I refused to sign the paper and my friend said we need to go now. We are both female and I only bring that up now, because I think it was critical to how we were treated by this jerk. I will never again set foot in that dealership, nor recommend it to anyone. You can respond to this review, but my mind will never change. More

My husband and had not had to purchase a vehicle for several years and had been unsure on what type to buy. When we stopped at Brookdale Buick we were very impressed with the immediate service we receiv several years and had been unsure on what type to buy. When we stopped at Brookdale Buick we were very impressed with the immediate service we received from Shane Axel. He took a lot of time to walk through all of their vehicles on the lot so we could think about the various models they had. They are not only a Buick dealership, but they are associated with the Chevrolet dealership on the next lot so we were able to go over all of the models we had been interested in. His patience allowed us to think about what would be the best fit for us. When we made a decision on what we wanted, he made the purchase process seamless. The finance department was great as well. We got in right away, the finance representative was friendly and courteous and got us on our way in record time. Since the purchase, I called Shane Axel with a few questions about my great new car because of it's new technology. He made himself available and was happy to help me understand my new car. I am very pleased with this dealership and will recommend them to anyone who needs a new vehicle. More
