Multiple issues not resolved and let go, new was vehicle not as clean as my trade that had 26,000 miles on it,after two details still was bad. False promises, I fill up their loaner with gas and they retur not as clean as my trade that had 26,000 miles on it,after two details still was bad. Multiple people give me their cards with personal numbers telling me things will be handled and nothing gets done. I bring my new truck in for service to get a simple piece of protective tape replaced, after and hour and a half of me waiting the service manager tells me they can't get the job done right and attempted it knowing that but I can come back again when the right person is in. Did give a $150 gift card for their dealership which means nothing after all the wasted fuel and time. Have heard from no one on these issues for a month now. Wish I went back to FORD trucks this time around now. More
