Just when I thought dealerships had come a long ways I met these guys. If you enjoy being lied to and conned, this is your dealership. The 2017 Infinity they sold me has sand blasted paint, I don't know w met these guys. If you enjoy being lied to and conned, this is your dealership. The 2017 Infinity they sold me has sand blasted paint, I don't know what they did to cover it up but after 6-8 times through the car wash it looks horrible, a black car with white freckles all over it, I've never seen a newer car look so bad. Before I noticed this problem I brought the car back to the service dept because the GPS keeps locking up, they can't fix that either. Even before these problems I decided it really wasn't a good car for us so I tried to trade it back on a much more expensive car on their lot but they wanted to give me $4k less than what I paid them for the car 2.5 months ago. Of course with the paint the way it is I'd be lucky to give it away unless I can find Bronco Infiniti's detailer or repaint it. Their finance guy will try to rip you off as well. I've bought many cars from dealers over the years but these guys are the worst I've ever done business with. More
Worst Experience ever! Do not buy from these guys!!!!! I had the worst experience, I bought a 2016 ford explorer with 69,696 miles on it. I bought it September 27th. I had it for 7 days had to take it back I had the worst experience, I bought a 2016 ford explorer with 69,696 miles on it. I bought it September 27th. I had it for 7 days had to take it back to bronco motors infiniti in nampa, I brought it to them on October 4th. They said they would call me to let me know what was going on. A week went by didnt hear anything so I called and they said the transmission and they are working on getting the warranty to cover it. They told me I would get a call back sometime that week, never did. Another week went by no one called me I had to go get all my babies stuff out of the vehicle. The next week me and my husband drove by and it was parked right in the same spot, My husband went inside and they said they are sending it to kendall ford.They finally sent it to kendall ford. Kendall ford did amazing communicating with me. After 3 weeks went by they finally got a transmission in and ready for me to take it. I had to pay $100.00 to get it out of kendall I took the receipt to bronco motor and gave it to sales manager Bobbi and said I wanted reimbursed for the 100.00 I had a 60 day warranty with the vehicle that was 100% covered. Nope that was a lie I still had to pay to get my vehicle out of kendall ford. From the very begging the sales guy Stan said that he would get me my second key fob they kept making excuses it has now been 3 months and still havent gotten my key fob. I just called today Dec 9th and they said they would get back to me. I have never been treated so bad and given the run around about everything I was so calm and very understanding. During this whole situation with a brand new baby in this whole process that I was put in a car, that I was not happy about because I bought an SUV for a reason. By far the worst customer service I have ever had. I will never recommend anyone to bronco motors. I hope no one else gets treated the way I was. Once they get your money they could care less about you and your new born baby!!! Horrible people!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Bobby told us they didn't have time to know their vehicles and didn't expect the sales people to either. They refused to call us back. We had to call them every time even though they said they would call us. Once they get your money you are on your own. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! More

Scott the head Finance guy was very laid-back friendly and straight to the point. Each one of the staff members explain to each one of my questions thoroughly even when I ask them to repeat the answers they were always so nice about it and took the time to educate me. I would absolutely recommend this Infiniti dealer to anyone. I wasn't sure who I spoke to on the phone to add accessories like a tow hitch and a roof rack, but the gentleman in the sales department was extremely friendly laid-back and kind as well. More

Will NEVER consider doing business with again and will tell everyone I know about how terrible they were. When I logged on and saw their low rating on here I was not surprised at all.
