I just purchased a 2024 QX60 from Infiniti and had a stellar experience. Yassin was knowledgable and enjoyable during the lot walking, testing driving piece of things (we all know not all of them are. I stellar experience. I did not feel a phony or pressured vibe whatsoever) and the paperwork piece of things was smooth as can be as well. Bobby, the Executive Sales Manager was also involved in the overall process of getting to know me and making sure my family and I were having a great experience and they earned my business because of all of that. I was torn between another car on another lot and their exceptional customer service is why I was able to make an easier decision and will keep me coming back to Bronco Motors Infiniti. More

My husband and I were bracing our selves for headaches and stress, When we went to Bronco Motors Infiniti, Whenever you go to a dealership that’s how you feel when you talk to dealers. Yassin Benchama removed all of that away when we saw our new Infiniti QX60 parked right out front. he made it happen! No stress, no headaches. No telling us (“no you can’t do that”) We left with our brand new car that day.. We were from out of town. So we planned on staying in Napa, because we thought we would be at the dealership till after dinner. Great people to work with! Flew in from CA to look at a pickup that looked good to me. Had spoken to Bobby about it on the phone and negotiated the price. Truck was everything he represented it to be, and as good as the pictures online appeared. Blake picked me up at the Boise airport and drove me to the dealer site. Test drove the truck and made the deal. John in finance helped me with all the legal paperwork and completed the sale. All great and friendly people to work with. This is only the second time I have purchased a vehicle (both used) through a dealership in my life, the other was 40 years ago and was not a great experience particularly, but this was. I highly recommend Bronco Motors. More
