I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism at Brilliance Honda. 4 years ago my daughter bought a Jeep there and had an issue with the drivability. Jeff Deters was the sales man professionalism at Brilliance Honda. 4 years ago my daughter bought a Jeep there and had an issue with the drivability. Jeff Deters was the sales manager and without hesitation took care of my daughter. Recently, I bought a used Passport and brought it in for an oil change. Megan asked about the car and I mentioned the brakes seemed soft.to my surprise when I came back to pick up my car from the oil change collectively, Shaun Brandau the Assistant Service Manager, Megan and Jeff the Service Manager decided to replace my brakes. This is as professional as it gets and has won my future business. Everyone is first class. Thank You More

A recent repair of an Odyssey was over $1200. 00. A bit expensive but the bad kicker was that for water I would have to buy bottled water or use a cup to get filtered tap water. Which I couldn’t 00. Really buy bottled water after spending over 1K??? I doubt my new car I am looking for will not be from this dealership More

My wife & I purchased a new 23 CRV Sport Touring last week. After taking a ride trip, we realized a couple of safety features were not functioning properly. We left the car with the service department at week. After taking a ride trip, we realized a couple of safety features were not functioning properly. We left the car with the service department at Brillance on Monday & due to a part needing to be ordered, didn’t pick it up until Thursday. The service department put 168 miles on our new car!!! No test ride to access the car necessitates 168 miles! IF YOU GET WORK DONE HERE, BE AWARE OF YOUR MILES!! Never coming back! More

I would like to give a huge 0 to Brilliance Honda, I went there for an oil change, and I took my own oil, they changed me $71 for just an oil filter and labor, I went inside and talk to one of their managers there for an oil change, and I took my own oil, they changed me $71 for just an oil filter and labor, I went inside and talk to one of their managers about the price., he Screamed at me and told me to get out, Be careful. The oil change for the last 7 years I have been coming here has always been around $50, they charged me $65, they used to come out and let you know what else needed attention, they never came out when I k here has always been around $50, they charged me $65, they used to come out and let you know what else needed attention, they never came out when I know for a fact that the cabin and air filters need to be changed, there is also a loose wire css as causing tough start, obviously they didn’t do anything but the over priced oil change, More
