A recent repair of an Odyssey was over $1200. 00. A bit expensive but the bad kicker was that for water I would have to buy bottled water or use a cup to get filtered tap water. Which I couldn’t 00. My wife & I purchased a new 23 CRV Sport Touring last week. After taking a ride trip, we realized a couple of safety features were not functioning properly. No test ride to access the car necessitates 168 miles! IF YOU GET WORK DONE HERE, BE AWARE OF YOUR MILES!! Never coming back! More

I was in Crystal Lake for work and had car trouble. The guys at Brilliance took care of me with customer service that left me shocked. I rolled in, they took my broken car in, had the paperwork done in 5 m guys at Brilliance took care of me with customer service that left me shocked. I rolled in, they took my broken car in, had the paperwork done in 5 minutes, and had me out on the road with a brand new loaner car from the lot. I was able to work stress free with dependable transportation while they took a look at my car. They got back to me the very next day via text (I couldn't answer phone at work) and had me all taken care of with a detailed report. Reasonable price, repaired vehicle so I was safe on the road again with confidence and without the additional stress and financial burden. I wish I lived local because these guys would be my exclusive sales and service provider. More
