I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism at Brilliance Honda. 4 years ago my daughter bought a Jeep there and had an issue with the drivability. Jeff Deters was the sales man professionalism at Brilliance Honda. 4 years ago my daughter bought a Jeep there and had an issue with the drivability. Jeff Deters was the sales manager and without hesitation took care of my daughter. Recently, I bought a used Passport and brought it in for an oil change. Megan asked about the car and I mentioned the brakes seemed soft.to my surprise when I came back to pick up my car from the oil change collectively, Shaun Brandau the Assistant Service Manager, Megan and Jeff the Service Manager decided to replace my brakes. This is as professional as it gets and has won my future business. Everyone is first class. Thank You More

My salesperson, Matt Rollak, worked with me to find a the vehicle my husband and I were looking Crystal Lake, IL and the experience was exceptional. My salesperson, Matt Rollak, worked with me to find a the vehicle my husband and I were looking for and offered a fair price for my trade-in. Throughout the process he was friendly and responsive. The negotiation process was very efficient — They will work with you to earn your business. Unlike past experiences with other dealerships, they did not leave me cooling my heels for a long time while they discussed the deal. In addition, We met with their Finance Manager, Darrell Herbert, who was professional and pleasant to work with. In and out within 2 hours with a fair deal on an awesome car. Wish all dealers were as good as this team. I do not think this transaction could have gone more smoothly.
