Love Eva! She makes buying easy. We have leased 4 cars from Brilliance. My only complaint is how long it takes to complete the financing and delivery. Service She makes buying easy. A few days after talking to a saleman at this dealership, giving information, regarding a new we wanted, we had purchased here previously, they did not have car in stock and said would check. We had made no giving information, regarding a new we wanted, we had purchased here previously, they did not have car in stock and said would check. We had made no other calls. Someone tried to purchase multiple vehicles in our name in 3 other states. We got a credit alert thankfully. Called dealership and was told it wouldn’t happen from one of their salesman or workers. No calls back for reassurance. How is this not suspect but coincidence. I asked for a call back from owner. Who knows if they were ever told. More
