Joe and Shaun and Ted just a few of the trustworthy customer service reps I have been helped by over the years. Their knowledge has always helped us with all our car needs. I recommend their service as they are like family. Now the sales department: I just bought my latest car yesterday. Thomas Keefe was my agent and he helped us all the way. I want to thank him and Jon at the manager desk for making our buying experience such a wonderful Christmas memory. Darrel Herbert has been very efficient and helpful with the final process at closing and in couple of hours we were on our way happy with the trade and wonderful car we purchased. Brilliance Honda is a excellent solid dealership. There is a strong reason I have been with them for 23 years now and I will never switch. I came in today to look at the 2021 TLX and was assigned to rob coulhoun. He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever worked with in my life. Seems like everything I ask regaurding the car was a big to rob coulhoun. He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever worked with in my life. Seems like everything I ask regaurding the car was a big chore for him, he would smack his lips and have a xxxxy attitude. The car I looked at was a 35k car with missing decals so I requested if the place can put new ones on and he made it seem like it was such a unreasonable request. When the deal didn't go through he legit through my cars keys back at me and got really aggressive. I responded by telling him to get out of my face while he was trying to engage me in a altercation while in the middle of the sales floor. He needs to work on his customer service while in this field. All that cause the numbers didn't work out for me? For him to act that way I felt was totally unprofessional. This happened around 3/4 pm today in the main entrance. I'm sure if you look at the cameras it would show how unprofessional he was. You lost a sale because of his unprofessionalism More
