Below is what I wrote for the dealer I tool to the car to that fix my issue where there dealesrhip could not. I am so mad I urchase this car from them now, BUT never fear I will never buy anything here again that fix my issue where there dealesrhip could not. Oh did I mention I have 4 kids coming into age that will need cars and service work. Suck on it Brighton Ford. Issue with a 2012 focus that the dealer I bought it from had for over a week and never could find the problem. Took it here to Briarwood Ford and within 4 days had it all taken care of. Everything was under warranty and to date has had no issues at all. Great service work and over all great dealership. During the stay we walk around of course and everything was clean and employees where all very nice to wrok/talk with. More
We went to dealership to look at the Ford Fusion. We had not planned on purchasing that evening, due to the fact it was late and we didn't have our A plan number, insurance in order, or down payment money a not planned on purchasing that evening, due to the fact it was late and we didn't have our A plan number, insurance in order, or down payment money available. However, we purchased and were able to drive the car away for our weekend trip. All the paperwork was processed the following Tuesday and the car has been a dream. JC, our sales man, was very helpful and continues to assist when questions arise. More

We were so pleased with the service we received when buying my new CMax that when we went back the next day my husband bought a new truck. We went in to take a few things from our Fiesta like the rear h buying my new CMax that when we went back the next day my husband bought a new truck. We went in to take a few things from our Fiesta like the rear hatch privacy cover and rear head rest that was not in the car when we were there the day before. While there dropping these things off, JC, our salesman, asked how we were doing with the new CMax and if we had any questions he could help us with. My husband said sure, what do you have in a truck? Together they looked at the inventory on the lot and found the truck he wanted. A Ford F150 crew cab with a longer box (6 1/2 ft), and the all important tail gate step ladder. "This is the best thing since sliced bread" as my father would say! He has been shopping on line for trucks for the last year or so and has looked at all the different brands and he kept coming back to the Ford. We both felt this was the best made truck on the market. Thank you very much, Brighton Ford. More

The Truck was everything that the pictures, description, and what Chris said it was and more. Tony is a genuinely friendly and easy going guy who makes you feel comfortable during your car buying experience. He listened intently to what my wife and I were looking for and found us the perfect match, which he is able to do because Brighton Ford has such a large inventory of new vehicles. Tony will make ABSOLUTELY sure that you are 100% satisfied, you can count on it. He went above and beyond for me when I forgot a parking sticker in my trade-in vehicle and called him a few days later about it. He immediately ran to the used car section and found the sticker and called me back saying it was safe in an envelope in his desk. When I requested additional information he had it available that day. He made sure my cell phone was synced with the car and offered to sync my next phone when I buy it next month. I am confident that I could email or call Tony any time in the next few years and he would be eager to help me. If you’re looking to buy a new Ford, Tony is your guy. More
Tony was an excellent salesman. He was able to work with me and able to get me to the price I was hoping for. I didn't feel as though he was looking just for a sale but actually trying to get me into a rel me and able to get me to the price I was hoping for. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon JUST looking, Mark came out to help us right away with a smile and a handshake. I loved working with Tony Elrod he listened to my needs and what I wanted. He didn't try to force me into some car that I couldn't afford or wasn't sure about... Was not shown the cost of the vehicle and told by the sales rep. that finance guy would go over everything. The finance guy wanted me to sign the finance papers without showing me the final cost of the sales rep. that finance guy would go over everything. Went back to the sales rep and requested to see a breakdown of the sale. He produced an itemized list that included $300 in additional charges for an item I did not request and did not want. He stated that he did think it was a big deal and thought I would want it. Sounded alot like "bait and switch" to me. Also, both the finance guy and the sales rep. tell you how to fill out the customer satisfaction survey that Ford sends out after the sale is completed. Both stressed the importance of marking the "Completely Satisfied" boxes. The finance guy even had a pre-filled out survey form to show us exactly which box we were to mark. Tacky. More
