Jason as well as the finance manager were incredibly friendly and willing to answer all questions. They were both highly motivated to make the sale but never crossed over to making us feel pressured. friendly and willing to answer all questions. Jason encouraged us to test drive each type of vehicle we were thinking about purchasing as he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the vehicle we chose. Finally, both Jason called us twice during the week after our purchase and the finance manger called us once that week. Both asked how things were with the new car and Jason made sure we were able to work the radio and other technical components of the car. We have already suggested to friends that if they are looking to lease or buy a vehicle that they go to Brighton Ford! More

I was very pleased with the way Janice listened to my priorities in leasing/buying a car. Price/monthly payments was a factor and she did a great job showing me vehicles within my range without trying to priorities in leasing/buying a car. Very rude , lie after lie with this place . Give them your money and don't come back is how they like it . I have NEVER seen or have dealt with a more unprofessional group in my life . His language over the phone is unbelievable . Go there and ask him face to face about why he talks to you like garbage over the phone and the wimp walks away . I was approached quickly. The tires and brakes were also checked, which is rarely done at other places. Also, there was a windshield repair place that fixed the nicks in my windshield. I went to Brighton Ford to get an oil change recently fully expecting to need to occupy myself in the Customer waiting area for an hou fact of life.
