The WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. If you want $7,000.00 in ADDED ON FEES, LIES and PRESSURE TACTICS, this is your place! Was looking at a stock Jeep, and my salesperson was Wendy Novi If you want $7,000.00 in ADDED ON FEES, LIES and PRESSURE TACTICS, this is your place! Was looking at a stock Jeep, and my salesperson was Wendy Novick-Fisher. Online price was $32,000.00. Came in, looked at the Jeep, and was told to come back next day and would make a deal at same price. Came back next day, but after all the ADDED ON FEES, the price came to over $39,000.00! Upon questioning this, Wendy became rude, unprofessional, and berating. What a liar! Too bad for them, as I had over $30,000.00 in cash with me and was ready to buy. Oh well! I will never be back to this dealership! More
