It was my first experience at Brickell Motors and it won't be the last. I went there after a used Buick Regal, reccommended by another satisfied custumer. The car was sold but I thank God because my ride now a Lexus IS. My sales rep was Jose Betances, an aggreable and honest person. I can say that because I consulted on the phone with my mechanic, and he confirmed everything that Jose said. The most important thing is that he wasn't pushy at all... I love to buy, not to be sold! Gonzalo is the best show me all the feature of the vehicle that convince me to purchase a new GMC Terrain. I got a 2011 Buick Enclave at the dealership yesterday, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. My fiancee and I were in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours (a record for me) and and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. My fiancee and I were in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours (a record for me) and our salesman Gil really took the time to show us the bells and whistles on the car, as well as made sure all of our other needs are met.
