I simply am speaking from my heart and wanted to share my story to anyone that will listen. My relationship with Brickell Motors began in 2009, when my daughter and I purchased her first new Honda Civic the experience was so awesome. I returned a few years later to purchase a new vehicle for myself, once again, I received the red carpet treatment. But, nothing could compare to my visit on April 10, 2014. I took my car for a scheduled service oil change and tire issues. When I drove into service area. I was greeted by Christian my service manager, I explained the issues with my tire since a screw from removed, I was then told the screw had ruined my tire and it needed to be replace. I reached out to my finance manager Carlos Romero who informed me, I did not purchase a tire warranty. I immediately became depressed and buyers remorse set in as, I began to think about the amount of gas my car consumes, in a few days an other problems. Being a single mother of two, means every pennies matters. While the car was in service. I walked around the showroom and noticed the Buick Encore, which I thought was a perfect size for my son and I, it was also great on gas mileage. I became to wish, I had made a wiser decision on my last purchase, and I became upset with myself. Carlos showed empathy to my frustration, as he informed me the Buick Encore was in the price range of my current vehicle. He then told me to find a salesperson, so they could see what could be done. I met salesperson Eliana Carmona she was very nice, took me on a test drive, and was very knowledgeable on the Encore. Eliana was very patient and understood my concerns and wanted help me get he vehicle I wanted. Then, I met my new finance manager Cari Marquez, she is just awesome, not only was she able to get me comfortable payments, I received a lower interest rate. Carlos Romero who is now the sales manager not only made my wish a reality, he made me extremely happy. I drove off the lot in my beautiful, sexy 2014 Buick Encore in tears of joy!! I love my car! Carlos to me added to Brickell Motors mission statement his customer's "needs, satisfaction, and their affordability" is very important., and for this, I will forever be a grateful, and loyal customer!! I found this dealership on the web and had a sales rep Steve Cline. Ok. I am almost 900 miles away and needed a rep I can trust. When I explained to the guy that I was in Atlanta and could not come for Steve Cline. Ok. I am almost 900 miles away and needed a rep I can trust. When I explained to the guy that I was in Atlanta and could not come for a test drive. I asked him to do the test drive. Well to my shock he did and recommended that I buy a different car because he did not think the one I was interested in was a good vehicle. I bought the one be recommended and it was exactly as he said it was. He even arranged for the shipping. Very helpful fellow willing to answer questions anytime of the day or night. When my husband and I first came to this dealership we were completely fooled... Everyone was so nice and more than helpful to get us into a brand new truck. Little did we know that we had gotten ourselve were completely fooled... Everyone was so nice and more than helpful to get us into a brand new truck. Little did we know that we had gotten ourselves into the most stressful situation ever. The second day that we owned our truck I took it into their shop to get a complimentary detail service and pick up the floor mats. As I waited for over 2 hours I was pressured into writing a nice review about brickell gmc and our salesman literally stood over my shoulder as I typed on the computer in the waiting room. I should have known this was the beginning of a nightmare. After my wait was finally over they informed me that a malfunction light had turned on and they were going to have to keep my brand new truck over the weekend ( I seriously hadn't had the truck for 24 hours!). They apologized and gave me a loaner car, which I figured wasn't so bad but it got worse. We finally got our truck back a week later then another week went by and the finance adviser Carlos called my husband and told him that we were going to have to bring them more money after we had already signed a different contract. He even said that if we didnt pay more money than we had previously agreed on that we would have to return the truck. My husband was furious and called the manager who worked out a deal with us. Oh and not to mention that we traded in our mini Cooper for our new gmc and they didn't pay it off til my car payment was almost a month late. Everytime me or my husband call this dealership it an absolute joke. Everyone gives you the run around and we end up having to drive there and wait for hours. I seriously spent almost 4 weekends In a row waiting in their waiting room staring at their creepy family portraits on the wall. We have had this truck for almost 2 months now and are still dealing with paperwork that should have been handled from the very beginning. We still have not received information on where to make our first payment and the payment is now 3 days late and we still are driving with a temporary tag. This place is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. These people have no concept of how to run a business or treat their customers. I'm am outraged. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I hate this dealership. It should be called Brickell Circus because this place is a freaking joke! More
