Josh Kinsley was a professional sales person. He worked with me to get an acceptable sales price after finding out the car we had agreed upon by text message was no longer available. I question the fact th with me to get an acceptable sales price after finding out the car we had agreed upon by text message was no longer available. I question the fact that I received no copy of a Buyer's Order nor Bill of Sale. No copy of "odometer disclosure statement" was given to me after signing. I received 1) the window sticker, 2) Stolen Vehicle Recovery Certificate, 3) BMW Assist Subscriber Agreement Contract, 4) a print out from Purchase Information screen showing a unpaid balance of $23,832.74 with a note to refund customer difference from Cashier Check, 5) a copy of a cash receipt for the $1,000.00 check with a note to "Refund Customer." Will this be mailed or do I pick up the checks when I come back to pick up my plates and get my Inspection sticker? More
