Straight forward and not wasting anyones time! The reason we bought a new 2017 RAV4 LE at Brent Brown Toyota was because of John Jones. He gave us the deal we couldn't refuse and he was straight fo The reason we bought a new 2017 RAV4 LE at Brent Brown Toyota was because of John Jones. He gave us the deal we couldn't refuse and he was straight forward. It took him about 10 minutes to let us know if our desired deal could be done, instead of holding us hostage for 3 hours like other dealerships did. Practically it would not have made any sense not buying the car. Instead of a 6 year old RAV 4 (2011) we drive now a brand new RAV4 and that with a smaller future replacement cost as before. Who would have thought that you keep and can increase your equity in a car. Only Toyota! Thank you, John, for your great assistance. Best Thomas More

Service/recall Came in for service, and a recall in the early morning. Was told it was be ready around 4. This was pretty upsetting as I had no idea it would be an a Came in for service, and a recall in the early morning. Was told it was be ready around 4. Mike could see my discouragement and said he would have my truck in first for the recall, and would do his best to have my truck ready by noon. Brent Brown Toyota looked at the entire hybrid battery system and assured me that it was indeed functioning normally. Was having many other service work done and they didn't even charge me for the hour's worth of investigative work! I have been a Brent Brown Toyota customer for life since 2005 and have all my service there. It's service and comfort like this that keeps me coming back. To be honest, though, Toyotas just don't need much service other than routine maintenance. Brent Brown takes care of us! Thank you. Lane Brown has sold me all my Toyota cars.
