Hello DenaFletcher, I want to apologize for how long it took to get an appointment, but since restrictions were lifted the number of vehicles wanting servicing, along with the lack of additional work force available (seen by many businesses) that makes scheduling a time to be further out than we are accustomed to. In reference to additional work needing to be performed, our goal is to assure our customers are aware of any needed servicing, but it is not required to be repaired here. If in the future you would like your vehicle sanitized before being returned, we will gladly perform that. Also I apologize for the reminder sticker not being installed and we can mail one of those right to you. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to contact me.
