Service department very busy and polite. I was told 1hr 45 minutes but it was actually 2hr30 minutes for an oil and tire change. I showed up on the wrong day, gave them the wrong key, didn’t have my insurance card and Amanda treated me with courtesy and respect, resolving all the issues.
