The dealership was great for scheduling, communication and offering a loaner vehicle. I was disappointed they did not take care of the small things after they disconnected my battery for repairs, such as and offering a loaner vehicle. Service Department front staff is always excellent; cordial and explain what service was or will be done. Alas, seems techs could do better job of multi point inspections. Citing just one example: we've realized techs were not accurately adjusting tire pressure to vehicle specs & we had to leave pressure our of two tires after last visit. Initially thought it was a one off from recent appointment but upon looking at prior service reports, could see they repeatedly did not accurately list factory spec PSI for front vs back tires. Hope this improves going forward. More
