Service Department generally did what I asked (brake replacement) and the work was done correctly. I asked to have my brake fluid changed out on my Toyota and Service Manager was cautious as my car is a replacement) and the work was done correctly. I asked to have my brake fluid changed out on my Toyota and Service Manager was cautious as my car is a Hybrid and they were not confident in performing this service on my car. I can understand taking a cautious approach, however how difficult can it be? I will return and have them service my vehicle again. Professional, kind, considerate folks. More

The service department did an excellent job. My repair was done well it was extremely convenient. I was able to have a loaner vehicle. And everyone was so nice and welcoming.
