Nancy and Todd, we appreciate your feedback. We are 100% pet friendly at our dealership, inside and out. We love visiting and meeting our customer's animals and giving them water and treats to make their day. The reason we do not allow pets in our rentals/loaner cars is for a variety of reasons. Plenty of our other customers have pet allergies, pet dander is not always visible to the human eye and pet hair is extremely difficult to get out of the cars, we want to be accommodating for all our customers when we can, and ensuring their safety health-wise becomes a priority. In addition, we cannot guarantee that pets will not damage the inside of our vehicles, i.e. scratches, soiling, etc. and it is easier to avoid that possibility all-together. Last but not least, if there were an accident in one of our vehicles with a pet inside, we would be devastated if they got injured, or worse not only because we value pet lives, but also because it is a liability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you have happy and healthy days to come.
