Hey there! We offer a loaner car if we have them available! Super helpful and allows you to get where you need to be while your car is in the shop! Our techs are excellent and will make sure your back wiper is taken care of correctly and as quickly as possible! We look forward to your next visit!

Thank you for taking the time to post an online review. I want to apologize first that your experience was not exceptional at this last visit. It is always our goal to provide an exceptional experience. As a courtesy, and at no charge to our customers, we provide a multi-point inspection of items that can be visually seen; ie: lights, belts, hoses, filters, suspension parts, etc. to assure our customers are aware of any current or future maintenance or repairs needed. There is never any obligation or requirement to have any of these repairs or maintenance completed at the dealership. If in the future you do not want this complimentary service, just let us know and we will not perform. In relation to "My Dear" that was in no way meant to be derogatory or demeaning and the young lady who uses this term has always used it in terms or endearment. I have personally spoken with her and she will no longer be using this vernacular when speaking with customers. With anonymous online posts, I cannot access and reach out to customers to make sure they do not need further assistance, so if you would like to discuss this further or provide additional feedback, feel free to contact me at the dealership to discuss.
