The problem, however, was one I believe I should have been alerted to by Subaru, since many many others have experienced the same computer problem--not adequately recharging the battery in my 17 Outback. After years of a periodic dead battery, a battery replacement that did not solve the problem because it was the car's problem, not the batteries, and finally a third battery and a reprogramed computer...the problem was solved (I HOPE!) It occurred to me that Subaru might have replaced my second, almost new, battery at no, or reduced, cost. More

Kind courteous and took me right in when I had an issue with my car because I was concerned that there was something wrong they wanted to make sure otherwise it just cost me my time and didn't cost me Penn with my car because I was concerned that there was something wrong they wanted to make sure otherwise it just cost me my time and didn't cost me Pennywise. They were quick and fishing and getting me in checking all the tire areas to make sure there was nothing else that was serious wrong with the car which it turned out there was not thankfully. I would recommend anybody going to the Subaru I never had an issue with them at all. very respectful. I could have gone to the Subaru in Hadley but I prefer to go where I knew the service department Clerks and they know my car I have nothing against the one in Patsy but I just wanted to go where I knew the people. Everyone in the service department is really good and kind and respectful along with people that are on the showroom floor and even the people in their finance department they're amazing people I would recommend getting more cars there to other people and not Honda. Their service department people are rude don't take the time to look at any kind of a recall make sure there's not an issue with people's cars I also like how nice and clean their restroom is how big and clean their waiting room is and the having the coffee tea in the cold drinks if someone needs something. We bought a used 2019 Forester. The staff with whom we worked were all helpful & professional: Christian in sales (especially) & Niz in the office & the parts desk person. My one complaint is that the business model is an antiquated dinosaur: offers & counteroffers are made to someone behind dark glass and on high (literally!) whom we never see and who gives daffy rationales for counteroffers. It would be much more like the Subaru vibe to have no-dicker pricing. I would recommend the dealership without reservation if that one change were made. More
