Everyone who works in the service department is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. They can always fit me in and are generous with loaner cars. Morgan was particularly helpful and understa patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. They can always fit me in and are generous with loaner cars. Morgan was particularly helpful and understanding last week when I had to deal with 2 flat tires in less than 24 hours. Ian is my sales person par excellence! It is a pleasure to purchase a car from him. He is the reason I go back to Brattleboro Subaru whenever I am shopping for a new Subaru. Thanks for maintaining such a high quality staff. More

They did a great job as usual. Don't have a 15 word minimum. Next time I will not participate if you do. Don't have a 15 word minimum. Next time I will not participate if you do. More

Completed our 54,000 mile service as well as dealt with a failing battery; excellent local service as usual but remain disappointed with Subaru itself for offering us zero cost sharing with the "premature" b failing battery; excellent local service as usual but remain disappointed with Subaru itself for offering us zero cost sharing with the "premature" battery replacement cost despite having registered for Subaru's ongoing "Subaru Battery Settlement" as we were unable to schedule our appointment prior to their deadline due a family member's rapidly failing health (now deceased) so we had our battery replaced 16 days past Subaru's deadline for our vehicle and dealership said here was no path to request a reconsideration. The Service Department does good work, but needs training on one issue that I know of. The day after service, after a heavy rain, water poured onto the passenger in the front seat upon entering the car and c on one issue that I know of. The day after service, after a heavy rain, water poured onto the passenger in the front seat upon entering the car and closing the door. When I called to report this issue, I included my misunderstanding that the drainage system for the sunroof was connected to the cabin filter area. I knew the cabin filter had been replaced. Tim told me there was no connection. Instead of asking me when the drainage system had been checked, he asked me if I had left the window open. The idea that I would expect the service department to take responsibility for my leaving a window open was insulting. I had of course not left a window open. When I drove the car in to be checked, Jordan asked me the same question. I told him it was insulting. He said it wasn't personal. Eventually, after the service department checked, Tim told me that checking the drainage system is not included in any regular checkup, and that when that drainage system gets clogged, water builds up and then enters the cabin as it had the day after service. It seems obvious to me that Subaru Service should periodically check the sunroof drainage systems as part of their regular service; and it seems necessary that Subaru Service Departments train their personnel, when they are told of water pouring into the cabin, to ask if the car has a sunroof and if the drainage system has been checked--rather than asking if the window was left open.
