I needed a repair quicker than my local dealer offered and was in within 24 hrs. Service advisor gave me some information about my warrantee coverage over the phone that was especially helpful. In the ins and was in within 24 hrs. Service advisor gave me some information about my warrantee coverage over the phone that was especially helpful. In the inspection the mechanics were able to correct something that had been missed just 5 days earlier at the other dealership. I was especially impressed with Morgan who was a good listener and explained things well , she was highly professional and did not talk down to me as a female customer. I’ve already recommended Bratt Subaru to my many Subaru owning friends. More

Found a problem on service call, got new part and repaired a week later. I had a loaner car until it was repaired. HOPE THESE ARE ENOUGH WORDS.
