Amanda Crosby is AMAZING! !!! My family and I were on a trip when we found ourselves 2 hours from home and only half way to our destination when we encountered car trouble with !!! My family and I were on a trip when we found ourselves 2 hours from home and only half way to our destination when we encountered car trouble with our Subaru Ascent. We were lucky enough to experience the trouble only 3 miles from the Brattleboro dealership. I pulled in to the lot and went to the service counter where Amanda greeted us. I explained to her that we were on a family trip and were experiencing trouble and didn't feel safe continuing in our car. Rather than tell us oh well there is nothing we can do to help, Amanda listened to our problem, quickly got us in a loaner vehicle and over the next two weeks stayed in constant contact with us regarding the issues with our Subaru. She genuinely seemed to care! I have worked at 3 different dealerships over the past 15 years and have seen how some service departments work. I have seen customers be refused loaners because they didn't buy their car there. I came in skeptical of a quick solution and left beyond satisfied with a lasting impression on me. I can't thank Amanda enough for helping us! She saved our family trip and Brattleboro was able to fix the problem with our vehicle. This same vehicle had been taken to our local Subaru dealer with the same concerns several times over the last couple of years and they were either not willing to dig deep to find the problem or didn't care. Amanda, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You were our savior in our time of need. I wish there was more I could do to recognize your help, positive attitude and willingness to help someone in trouble! I may live 2 hours north of Brattleboro Subaru but I will recommend anyone and everyone I know that needs good service or a new Subaru to visit you guys. If every employee at the dealership cares only half as much as Amanda I know they will be in great hands. Thank you again, I will always remember what you did for us! More

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with my 2012 Forester. I was told the engine failed because it was old. I had to go to another dealer to find out that there was no oil in the car. Brattleboro Subaru had multiple opportunities to discover this but failed to do so. Obviously, corners are being cut and I can no longer do business at Brattleboro Subaru. Thankfully, Subaru of America recognized this and paid 60% of the short block replacement cost. More

Morgan was great. . But was disappointed when it came time to pick up my car it wouldn’t start, once it was started, and started driving a couple miles down the road .
