I have never been treated worse by a business. I purchased a 2021 VW from this dealership on February 26. At that time, I purchased the VW Drive Easy and VW Care coverage and was told I had 30 days purchased a 2021 VW from this dealership on February 26. At that time, I purchased the VW Drive Easy and VW Care coverage and was told I had 30 days to reconsider and cancel for a refund of the prepaid maintenance (VW Care) and could cancel the extended warranty at any time, possibly for a fee and prorated rate. After consideration, I realized that I generally do not keep cars long enough to see any benefit from these programs knowing that I would probably purchase a new vehicle by 2023 or 2024. I immediately contacted the salesperson the same night letting them know I would like to cancel and refund the coverage. I was informed that this was possible and I could come into the dealership to get it taken care of. I returned to Brandon Tomes Volkswagen around 5 pm the following day (February 27) and completed a form to have the coverage refunded. The salesperson advised that it would be credited to my financing account. Additionally, I asked for a signed copy of the cancellation form with the signature of a Brandon Tomes representative for my records. The salesperson said that the person who could sign it wasn't available and that I would receive an email with the document and further clarification of how the refund or credit would appear that night. No such email was ever sent and I never received any communication from the dealership. I attempted to contact the salesperson at least a dozen times via email and phone over the course of the next couple of weeks, but again never received a response. I eventually went into the dealership on April 3 to pick up my new plates, at which point I had to track down the salesperson to see if I could get the paperwork. He said he would get the appropriate person and they would be right out. I stood at the front of the dealership with my kids for nearly an hour as the salesperson repeatedly walked past us and completely ignored me. Eventually, another employee asked why we were waiting so long and I explained that I was waiting for someone to provide me paperwork. He went to the back and the appropriate person (the person who handled the purchase financing who had moved into a different role). He brought the signed paperwork reflecting the credit for the Drive Easy coverage (which still is not reflected in my financing account), but not the VW Care worth nearly $1,300. He said that the VW Care could no longer be refunded because more than 30 days had passed. Needless to say, this was infuriating as I had requested that it be cancelled and refunded less than 24 hours after the purchase of the vehicle and had spent over a month trying to get in contact with anybody who could help. I emailed or called the salesperson multiple times as well as the general manager and owner, none of whom responded for over a month. The finance person who provided the paperwork "promised" me that they would call with an update either the same day or the next day at the latest. Unfortunately, I'm not at all surprised that I still haven't heard anything nearly another month later. This dealership's lack of communication and transparency has quite literally taken $1,300 out of my pocket with no explanation, communication, or even the slightest hint of caring about customers. Be warned, once they have your money, you no longer exist to them. Incredibly disappointed since I would love to support a McKinney business, but take your VW purchases elsewhere. More

The service department is always a pleasant experience. I bought my car there new in 2015 and have only had it serviced there. Today I was in and out quickly for a state inspection. Jose Rogel was very nice bought my car there new in 2015 and have only had it serviced there. Today I was in and out quickly for a state inspection. Jose Rogel was very nice and professional. My car broke down and I had to have it towed to the shop on a Friday night. Called the dealership to let them know it was coming in. They got me checked in and called me the very next morning with a loaner on a Friday night. Called the dealership to let them know it was coming in. They got me checked in and called me the very next morning with a loaner car while it got fixed over the weekend. Literally Monday morning my car was fixed and I was back on the road. Tomi kept me informed and made the process smooth during this situation. More
Me and my girlfriend went to McKinney Volkswagen on Labor Day for there sales and to see what they had to offer. Noah at McKinney volkswagen did everything I asked for my girlfriend with helping her get a new car that she wanted. Noah made it simple and easy for her. I was so happy with how it went I ended up getting a new car for myself a week later just because I knew Noah would take care of me. Plus Noah went out of his way to get the car that I wanted and drove an hour and a half one away to get my car since they didn’t have one on the lot. If I need another car I will defiantly be back!!! More

Service Department- Jared Johnson is awesome. Not only informative and efficient, but personable and easy to get along with. Dealerships need more people like him!
