I encountered multiple issues throughout the entire process, which I feel compelled to share in this review. Firstly, despite my clear request for a specific car, I was informed that I had been approved for a different vehicle altogether. When I questioned why this decision was made without consulting me, their explanation was unsatisfactory, claiming they were trying to secure approval for a different car. This lack of transparency and disregard for my preferences was highly unprofessional. Furthermore, when they Tinally approved the cart had originally asked for, they presented me with a finance plan that had an exorbitant annual percentage rate (APR) of 23%. To make matters worse, they conveniently failed to mention the inclusion of a hefty value-added service fee of $6,375 until the final stages of the process. This fee was never disclosed to me beforehand, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. In an attempt to gain clarity and review the finance details, I requested a copy of the agreement. Astonishingly, the salesperson responded with rudeness, insisting that customers are not entitled to receive such documents. When they reluctantly provided me with a copy, it was evident that the calculations were incorrect and did not align with the total amount discussed during our negotiation. This level of incompetence and lack of attention tv detail is simply unacceptable. Seeking resolution and the ability to file a formal complaint, asked for the names of the manager and salesperson involved. However, they callously refused to provide me with their names and quickly walked away, leaving me feeling disrespected and powerless. Overall, my experience at the Volkswagen showroom was nothing short of a nightmare. The manager and salesperson demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, resorting to dishonest tactics, misleading information, and disrespectful behavior. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options before dealing with such unprofessional individuals. More
It has the worst, rudest, most lying finance managers I have ever seen in my life. they sold me maintaince without my knowledge. I did not use the maintaince, when I wanted to cancel it finance manager shouted at me to get out and took me out of his room. I was shock. I guess their general manager isn't always in their office. No one is helpful person.The only helping service agent and the service guy named Kevin. I am really sad. After entering this site, I realized that everyone has terrible experiences. More

That should not happen to any customer. Literally they are trying to cheat customers. Three persons coming in a row and saying don’t know why it happened and all saying the same “ what are you trying to accomplish”. We came here to buy a car and not accomplish any thing or not to get cheated with the calculations you people are making. Seems they don’t know how the auto calculator works. That’s what they are saying. Luckily I have calculated and found this difference. If someone who took the car in a hurry would have cheated big time . Guys please calculate the payments when you buy the car.. there are always guys like this trying to steal your money.. More

I first took my car in for a check engine light because it's under warranty otherwise I would've went literally anywhere else, and they told me after keeping my car for 3-4 days that it was the battery and it's under warranty otherwise I would've went literally anywhere else, and they told me after keeping my car for 3-4 days that it was the battery and that the total would be $180 for the diagnosis if I did not get it done there and $480 if I did get it fixed there. They never called me or updated me on the status of my vehicle and I had to call them many many times to get updates on my car. That by itself is outrageous, but then I was told that if I decline it I would need to go to them anyway, even if I was able to source the "special" battery myself because they are the ONLY ones who can program this "special" battery. I was not going to pay $500 for a battery so after trying to figure out what to do and being told by another VW the same thing, I decided to take it to NTB and also have my car inspected at the same time. The total there for the battery AND installation was $220 for my Tiguan. It's been a month and everything is great with no issues and my start stop works just fine. The issue is they could not connect my car to their inspection computer and neither could meineke so they suggested that I take it back to the dealership and when I did they said they could connect but I failed because my left driver side tire is too low and that it would be $280 for ONE TIRE. So I took it back to meineke where they said that tire would be a pass but that they still can't connect to the computer and advised that I replace the two front tires and take it back. I got two tires with installation and balancing for $260 only. I then took my car back to this dealership for an inspection and talked to the manager, Shane, telling him what had happened and he in an extremely condescending tone asked me why I wouldn't just pay $480 and let them fix my battery instead of going somewhere else after paying the $180 diagnostic fee and why I would decline for them to replace my tire there for $280. I thought that was so rude and it felt like they were looking down on me and then he even acknowledged that I was not treated fairly before but since it had been a month since the battery issue that there was nothing they can do about it. That's an absolute lie because they could give me my money back or compensate me in some way for being lied to and treated unfairly but he chose not to so I asked for my keys and left. I would not recommend this VW to anyone, if they say you can only get your battery done there they are most likely lying and always always get a second opinion somewhere else such as meineke or NTB where they are not incentivized to lie to you. I cannot believe they lied to me twice and then were condescending to me about why I didn't just pay them extra to do the work there. So unprofessional and incredibly rude!!! More

I have all messaging and asked for owners information. He refused to give me email or other information to his supervisors. I wouldn’t give them a referral ever or business until they make it right. Don’t shop here!!! More

Drove home the car sat for 5 days while we were on vacation. She drove it to work today and one of her co-workers noticed she was missing two lug nuts and the others were lose. I called Brandon Tomas VW. To complain and to my pleasant surprise they took full ownership of the problem and went 40 miles to her work to fix it. No questions asked! We couldn’t be happier with there service. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you More
If I could leave NO stars I would. Be careful if you try to sell your car to this dealership. They tried to pull a total scam on us. After getting a quote from them we showed up knowing what our payoff was, had a printout from Volkswagen to what that payoff was and all our paperwork together they tried to tell us our payoff was 12k more than it actually was. WE HAD A PRINTOUT DIRECTLY FROM VOLKSWAGEN SHOWING PAYOFF! They tried to say it wasn’t try when actually they were just trying to scam us out of the money. We went directly to the VW dealership in Frisco where they verified our payoff info was correct and paid us for the vehicle immediately. More
