He would not have liked how Carlos was pushing me to add things on. I did end up going over my budget for monthly payments because I felt it would be safer to have the coverage than not, but I didn’t like how I felt judged for turning it down at first. More

Lack of communication. Will try to talk you into a purchase you don’t want. They lied on my paperwork to the bank after I provided all of my documentation. They didn’t tell me anything about the denial, they stated I need to come back to do some more paperwork. I asked several times do I need to have someone follow me out there because I stay an hour and about 30 minutes away. I was ok with returning the car I just didn’t want to be stuck with no way home. Thankfully I followed my first mind and had someone to meet me there. More
