Sales team are like wolves, goofing off at the door waiting for someone to walk in. Cussing in their offices yelling at each other and laughing across the hall. Loud and disrespectful to the few clients they had in the building. Pushy financial team and bomb-bard you with ideas you say you’re not comfortable with. No one listens to your needs or wants. It’s very obvious they just need sales. Bathroom was unclean and I never even got to meet a manager or a higher up about the process. Seemed sketch. Didn’t like the sales team. More

I made an appointment for 9AM on Monday. When I dropped my car off, for a broken latch in my hatchback, I was informed that it would take 24 to 48 hours just to diagnose the issue, Why make When I dropped my car off, for a broken latch in my hatchback, I was informed that it would take 24 to 48 hours just to diagnose the issue, Why make an appointment if your keeping my car for 24 to 48 hours just to diagnose? A tiny bit over 24 hours, I received a call stating that my lock was faulty and that a new one was ordered. They also stated that my car would be completed by end of day on Wednesday. I called around 1PM on Wednesday to see if my car is done just to find out that they have not touched my car and it will possibly be completed by end of day on Thursday..... Four days for a faulty lock? Seems a bit excessive?? More
