We had a great experience with Haley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the VW Atlas and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood how the vehicle and its fe She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the VW Atlas and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood how the vehicle and its features worked. I had just had my kia soul stolen and was needing a new car I saw this place on progressives website and went to see about a dodge Challenger but it had been sold....so Deadrick who was our sales person to car I saw this place on progressives website and went to see about a dodge Challenger but it had been sold....so Deadrick who was our sales person told us about a Chrysler 300 we looked at it but wasn't eligible for it....he then looked at their inventory and I saw the 2017 Nissan Altima SL with low miles and I said I'd like to see that one so he pulled it around and I tested it.....it was completely sound good drive at test....after I drove it home was different..so he told us that the car wasn't completely ready it needed inspection and oil change you know basic stuff and we said ok and he told us to pick it up after a week.....so we went back and I picked it up 30 min after I drove it off the lot the issues occurred......now mind you the test drive was immaculate it was after they had her for that week that things went arry.....they never told me she had pre existing conditions.....she had bad suspension which was exactly that!!! It tweets like a bird loudly!!! So I brought her back cause I saw the 30000 mile half warranty they gave me for it and they said oh yeah we will fix that and you'll be golden! So I left her there it took a week and a war to get her fixed and back to me and even after they "fixed" it it still did it and now I'm having to take it to a certified NISSAN mechanic just so I can fix whatever they screwed up in her at this place I'm reviewing.........the sales people kept throwing the people under busses and they were extremely rude to me when I would bring my car in.....I was nice at first but I soon started becoming more angry frustrated put out and not treated the best way.......now I'm sure others probably had a great experience but we unfortunately had xxxx on earth with these people...... More
