Hayley and melody were the best. I had a very distasteful experience at Brandon Tomes. I went in to buy my car 11/14. I was told I was unable to bring my car home that day because it needed final checks and to be taken out of transport I went in to buy my car 11/14. I was told I was unable to bring my car home that day because it needed final checks and to be taken out of transport mode, but it should be ready within 48 hours. 48 hours comes and I have not heard if my vehicle was ready. I call and was told there was a warning light coming on so if will take a little longer. The weekend comes and goes, it gets to be 11/20 and I had to reach out again for an update. I was told there was a part needed, the part was on back order, but they would take it out of another vehicle. Tuesday 11/21 comes along and I was told they weren’t able to take the needed part out of another car, so we would need to wait for the back ordered part. I gave it until the next Monday 11/27 and the back ordered part was still not available. By this point it had been 2 weeks since I purchased my vehicle and hadn’t received it. This was extremely frustrating. Eventually, Taylor, from the service department was able to find me a completely new vehicle. This was much appreciated but a very frustrating experience over all.
