I liked that Saud was very kind and helpful but he was also no-nonsense. He didn't spend time giving us offers or recommendations outside of the clear parameters I set. Some buyers like to browse and see lots of options but Saud understood when a buyer comes in with a clear goal you do what you can to get the deal done inside of the parameters set without distraction. The process was pretty easy and Saud took care not to waste my time. I had previously walked out of another dealership because they kept playing games with numbers and wouldn't stick to my financial requirements for the car.
