Sales staff were nice to work with on the sale and worked to keep me updated on the status of my care because although it was new, it had been hit by a hail storm the week prior and had to keep the car for o to keep me updated on the status of my care because although it was new, it had been hit by a hail storm the week prior and had to keep the car for over 2 weeks. The did say it could be 3 weeks but, closer to 2 and it will be almost 3 weeks, if the car is ready on the Monday July 24th so at this time, I am still not in possession of the new car and still driving my old one. I also hope they remember to remove the large Dealership emblem off the back of the car that I did request to please remove. Finance person did appear agitated with me initially when I was adamant on what I felt was a better interest rate and I told him what I was looking at payment and percent wise. The options were ok but, they do not allow outside banks/credit unions where I could have had almost .5-1 full percentage lower through Navy Federal Credit Union and the fact I have an 830 credit rating. They started the Starlink and Satellite subscriptions on the vehicle while it is still in their body shop so I will essentially lose almost 3 weeks of the services associated with those. Lastly, I received an E-mail from someone there that my permanent plates came in which I don't understand since I have personalized Veteran plates that I was told they were going to transfer to the new car, yet I am being told I have to take those along with some paperwork to the DMV in order to do that. I have asked for clarity and waiting on a response since everything I have purchased a car, the dealerships have ALWAYS handled this process. More

Yumna was very good. Willing to work with us, and kept us informed as much as she was able. Nico (assistant sales manager?) not so much, Combative and argumentative. Seemed upset that I didn't want or want to pay for pinstriping. Tried to bait and switch, offering 1 car then saying it was unavailable and pushing another, more expensive, vehicle. Ana in finance was a joke. Numbers she was showing us did not natch numbers on the offer sheet, on dealer's favor, of course. Seemed upset when we noticed this. Spent 15 minutes going through EVERY option extended warranty and gap coverage, maintenance contract, etc. after I told her repeatedly that we were not interested in any of those add-ons. She then showed us a contract that STILL had a higher price than was negotiated, sales tax was off by a full %. We were at the dealership for over 4 hours before a deal was finalized, and as of now (Saturday, 2 days later) we don't have a car. Promised us it will be in by Mon. or Tues. Last night at 8 pm (in the middle of dinner) we were called by someone from the dealership who asked us how our experience was. When we told him, he actually offered us a free KEYCHAIN in the hope that it would induce us to change our mind about the service. My recommendation: go to ANY other Subaru dealer to buy a car. More
